Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

PAYMENTS:

A credit or debit card will be required for all orders placed on the website. You authorize Deadwood Construction to charge the credit or debit card provided by you, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees. You represent that you have the legal right to use any credit or debit card provided by you. During the payment authorization process, your credit or debit card is validated and must have enough available funds for the transaction to be approved. Upon approval, the order will be accepted for fulfillment. We utilize a secure third-party payment provider to accept payment.  We do not store credit or debit card information.

RESALE:

Purchase of products for resale is strictly prohibited.

SHIPPING:

  • Shipping times are estimates only.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Shipping fees will be calculated upon checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

INTELLECTURAL PROPERTY:

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused.
  • Items must be unworn.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Original packaging should be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Items showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes
  • Different colors (subject to availability)
  • Defective or damaged products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Shipping Costs
